BIM Manager

• Developing and implementing BIM procedures and systems on new projects in alignment with project requirements and company goals.
• Lead the establishment of digital construction models and ensure their accuracy against physical construction progress. Coordinating project model deliveries and reviewing models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers, and architects to streamline project workflows through BIM practices. Leading BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
• Maintaining the Project Information Model and overseeing data management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Advise on technical solutions and innovations within the BIM framework to enhance project output and quality.
• Maintain coordination between clients, contractors, and design teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
• Ensure that BIM execution plans are prepared and maintained for each project

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction: 10 years (Preferred)
