BIM Modeller

• Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents.
• Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner.
• Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage.
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.
• Report daily activities and BIM progress.
• Any other tasks or jobs assigned by team leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
• Able to work independent as well as a good team player.
• Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry, preferably in HDB project.
