The Role
BIM Modeller Oman -Middle East Engineering Job Vacancy Stafford Lawrence is engaged to recruit for a Job Vacancy for a BIM Modeller for a European Engineering Consultancy for a position in Muscat in Oman in the Middle East. The sucessful candidate will be based in their offices in Muscat Oman. The position requires experience of BIM Modelling for Buildings Projects.

SALARY & BENEFITS • A tax-free salary, 1100-1500 total package , dependent upon experience • Mobilisation and demobilisation flights • Laptop, Mobile Phone • Holiday Allowance • In addition, medical cover is provided on top • VISA fees provided • N.B Ideally our client are seeking a single status candidate for this position. • You will be experienced in modelling creating and managing 3D digital models of buildings and structures using BIM Software • The ability to utilise your experience to produce detailed information about the projects design, construction process and building usage throughout the buildings lifecycle • YOU MUST have experience of BIM for Structural or Architectural. WE are NOT seeking Mechanical or Electrical • A 3 year BSc Degree Qualification in a Construction or Engineering subject and preference for a Masters Degree Qualification • Circa 7-10 years post degree experience as a BIM Modeller for Buildings Projects. • Experience with an Engineering Consultancy organisation • Knowledge of BIM Coordination with clash detection activities • Understanding of the implementation of LOD at each project stage. Candidates must be able to provide examples of LOD stages experience. • Advanced knowledge and experience of Autodesk applications and practices (AutoCad, Revit, BIM360, Dynamo, Navisworks, InfraWorks)
