Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The bioinformatician will contribute to a wide range of basic and translational research projects in the RMB and NME labs. The role involves working closely with an international research team, requiring a high level of motivation, scientific curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. As a member of the FGCZ Genome Informatics group, the candidate will provide bioinformatics services to support ongoing projects. This includes performing data analyses using the group’s existing infrastructure, as well as developing and implementing additional analysis workflows. A particular focus will be on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics applications. Experience with research in these assays is highly desirable.
