Description:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred)
- Required: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Experience in a Medical device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing company, particularly in product quality or service roles.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build strong relationships with internal partners (Operations, Risk, Clinical Support, IT, Field Biomed, etc.) and external vendors
- Build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders, internal and external
- Drive improvement in medical device quality process throughout the company
- Create and edit impactful, succinct written communications
- Lead not just through title but through influence, providing strategic guidance and effecting change outside of lane Prepare executive-level presentations to share with all levels of leadership
- Synthesize numerous analyses, translate into specific actions, and gain buy-in to execute
- Challenge status quo operations to identify and implement transformative change
- Travel estimated 5-10%
- Denver Preferred (not required. This can be a remote role)
