This role is a great opportunity for individuals looking to transition into a sales position who have background in customer experience, and Life Sciences knowledge. The Sales Development Program (SDP) within our Biosciences Division (BID) is crafted to accelerate the careers of high potential with laboratory, sales and customer facing experience, preparing them for immediate territory management within the organization.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences required, Master’s or beyond is preferred
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of work experience in a research laboratory and/or sales or internship-related role, and/or advanced degree with 1 year of applicable experience
- Experience in customer facing role or working in a team dynamic
- Shown ability to strategize and achieve results
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Willingness and ability to relocate to any major US hub upon completion of the program is required
- Relevant scientific background (ex. understanding of cell biology, protein biology, molecular biology)
- Computer proficiency (ex. MS Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
