Job description

MISSION DESCRIPTION:

Oversee the production processes of biotechnological products, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Develop and optimize manufacturing protocols to enhance efficiency and product yield.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Document production activities and maintain accurate records for quality control and regulatory purposes.
Train and supervise production staff on biotechnological manufacturing techniques and safety protocols.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Hold a degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
Possess 7-10 years of experience in biotechnological manufacturing or a related industry.
Demonstrate proficiency in biotechnological production techniques and equipment.
Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage production staff.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all manufacturing activities.
Be familiar with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the biotechnology manufacturing industry.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
