We’re looking for a BizOps Associate to join our growing team and be a vital part of this journey. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll be responsible for both delivering insights from key data across the business and ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) teams have the tools they need to excel. Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data analysis and insights:
- Analyse data across finance, GTM, and product to provide actionable insights that support key decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to understand their data needs and build out scalable reporting systems.
- Own business intelligence and financial data modelling efforts, ensuring the company has a clear understanding of key trends and opportunities.
- Tool enablement for GTM teams:
- Work closely with our sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure they have the right tools and data to operate effectively.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of sales and marketing tools, ensuring they are integrated with company systems and drive operational efficiency.
- Enable teams with the reporting and analytics they need to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
THE PERSON WHO WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE WILL…
- Have a background in investment banking, management consulting, financial analysis, or a similar field.
- Be experienced in turning data into actionable insights, with strong skills in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Have 2+ years of experience working in a start-up environment or fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Be familiar with GTM processes and tools, understanding how to enable sales and marketing teams with the right tech stack.
- Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Be an excellent communicator, able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Have a high degree of ownership and be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
