Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will have a full New Zealand driver’s licence
  • At least 1-2 years of blasting painting experience in an industrial field
  • Knowledge and experience in industrial coatings, epoxy, concrete coatings and concrete repairs
  • Experience managing staff on site
  • Quality Assurance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and a proven track record of high compliance in health and safety
  • Ability to travel regularly for work
  • Computer literacy, experience using Procore would be an advantage
  • Certification in IRATA, NACE, confined spaces and working at height would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Blaster Painter Supervisor to work across the Bay of Plenty. The role reports to the BOP Project Manager and includes supervising teams of 2-8 workers maintaining a range of assets on site, from penstocks to tanks and bridges.
