Type: Part-time, 20 hours/week (initially for 6-9 months, with potential extension)
Overview:
Tekton is seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to join a project for a client in the banking and finance sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Solidity, Hyperledger Besu, and JavaScript clients utilizing web3js. This role requires a proactive developer with troubleshooting skills and experience in deploying pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and interact with Solidity smart contracts via Postman calls to JavaScript clients using web3js.
- Configure and maintain Hyperledger Besu.
- Conduct troubleshooting, including inspecting the actual client source code; proficiency in TypeScript is essential.
- Support Java-based clients for interacting with non-private contracts using web3j.
- Plan, configure, and deploy pipelines for both Smart Contracts and clients using Docker/Podman.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Solidity, web3js, and Hyperledger Besu.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript development skills.
- Familiarity with Java-based blockchain clients (web3j).
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment using Docker/Podman.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Located in Brazil or fluent in Portuguese (preferred).
