Swedium Global is looking for a BMC Remedy Developer & Architect for one of our customers
We are looking for a BMC Remedy developer and architect to help supporting and improving our Customer’s BMC Remedy installation. The role involves understanding the needs of stakeholders and improve the platform based on these needs, troubleshooting the complete environment when issues arise, support users with both simple and advances asks and support the organization with advanced data and reporting asks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A proven track record of knowledge and experience from developing on and managing the BMC Remedy platform including modules like ITSM, CMDB and custom-built applications.
• Great collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders and able to work independently while connecting with the team and stakeholders globally
• Troubleshooting skills both the BMC application itself and the environment that hosts it.
• Developer skills to analyse a need and develop a suitable solution.
• Developer, administration and operational experience from below is required:
• Remedy as a development platform
• Remedy as an integration and automation platform, including RESTful API’s and Spoon.

• Drive the implement smaller and medium size improvements on the BMC Remedy platform from start to end. Talking to stakeholders to understand requirements and then design, build, test and deploy the improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the BMC Remedy platform.
• Support end users.
