Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The BMS Prime Project Manager role will be responsible for all aspects project delivery within The South of England, from undertaking sales to operations handovers, supply chain engagement, engineering management right through to project handover and post completion support. This is a varied role, that will offer a different working day one to the next, and will work alongside the customer, account management and project engineering teams. The primary location will be London, however there will be projects throughout the South of England that may require traveling to manage.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors
  • Undertake a sales handover to interpret and understand the scope of works
  • Overall responsibility for the health, safety and environmental management of all projects within your portfolio
  • Provide direction, control and implementation of projects
  • Be responsible for the commercial performance of the project
  • Manage Subcontractors, and issue Purchase Orders for project works
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the business, and manage resources
  • Order all material for projects in a timely manner
  • Monitor, review and report on the progress
  • Provide regular reports to project leadership
  • Undertake risk reviews
  • Maintains relevant professional certifications and licenses
  • Mentor and Develop junior members of the team
