Responsibilities:
- As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify behavioral issues.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
- Train and support parents, educators, and caregivers in the implementation of behavior strategies.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Stay current with best practices and research in ABA and contribute to ongoing program development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using ComForCare online application.
- Exhibit professionalism while representing ComForCare culture.
