• As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify behavioral issues.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
• Train and support parents, educators, and caregivers in the implementation of behavior strategies.
• Monitor client progress through regular data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Stay current with best practices and research in ABA and contribute to ongoing program development.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using ComForCare online application.
• Exhibit professionalism while representing ComForCare culture.
