BCBA REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold a current BCBA license with BACB and remain in good standing.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to work on a team with support from the clinical directors.
  • Must be professional, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have current basic first aid and CPR.

SKILLS:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to provide behavior analysis services
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as medical providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
