Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) $50.00-55.00/hour (Community Settings). Serving Brandon, Riverview and Tampa Communities!

  • Serving Adults 21+
  • Complete assessments using VBMAPP, Vineland, ABLLS

This position includes guaranteed full-time hours, paid direct, indirect, and travel (steady rate with no differential), mileage reimbursement, phone stipend (calls, texts, and data), FABA conference (registration, lodging, and CEUs) along with a variety of benefits listed below!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

  • Management of cases that includes communicating with parents/caregivers and other therapists to address issues such as data collection, graphing, and programmatic decisions
  • Administers functional assessments which may include VB-MAAP, ABLLS, and EFL in conjunction with quarterly updates
  • Develops treatment plans and modifies as needed

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required
  • Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with individuals with developmental disabilities required
  • Florida Driver’s License in good standing
  • Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship
  • Must be able to complete assessments and behavior plans, staff training, data collection and monitoring
  • Prior knowledge/experience with Florida med waiver requirements a plus
