Responsibilities:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Owen Health Care in Vauxhall, NJ, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral support services to youth in need. By interviewing family members and conducting thorough analyses, you will develop personalized plans to address problem behaviors effectively. Your expertise in defining target behaviors and designing data collection systems will ensure accurate measurement and progress tracking. Through training sessions and ongoing supervision, you will guide staff members in implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans. It will be essential for you to record FBA and BSP for all cases on electronic health records (CYBER) on a quarterly basis.
