Board Consultant - International Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Board Software Consultant with significant experience in Performance Management projects within the Finance area. The ideal candidate will support processes such as Closing, Integrated & Financial Planning, Group Reporting, and Consolidation, with a strong focus on Board technology. This role involves collaborating with international clients and may include opportunities for international travel, depending on project needs and candidate availability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM).
• Proficiency in Board software.
• Willingness to undertake international travel as needed.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian is optional.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Design automated Closing solutions to streamline and expedite financial processes.
• Lead a development team in project implementation following SDG best practices.
• Integrate accounting and non-accounting results for management reporting preparation.
• Develop monitoring, planning, and financial forecasting models (FP&A), as well as consolidated models for groups and companies.
• Introduce standardized cost allocation structures and reporting in compliance with local financial GAAP.
