The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as proficiency in reading and interpreting DWG/DXF files. Experience in CAD/CAM programs such as Aspire Cut 2D, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is essential. The role involves ensuring precision in board cutting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the machine’s optimal performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating and programming 3-axis CNC machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting DWG/DXF files and technical drawings.
Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, including Aspire Cut 2D, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks .
Experience with machine setup, tool calibration, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage production schedules.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Technical Skills: CNC programming, machine operation, CAD/CAM proficiency.
Software Expertise: Aspire Cut 2D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks , and other relevant design and manufacturing software.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machine and programming issues promptly.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in interpreting technical drawings and machine programming.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and understanding technical documentation.

PREFERRED:

Knowledge of machine maintenance and optimization .
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
