Description:
HOW WILL I HELP?
We are looking for a new Board Liaison to join our team! In particular, the role involves significant organisation and planning, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Board and Committee meeting calendars, including co-ordinating director diaries, room bookings and catering
- Managing the receipt and uploading of Board and Committee papers to the Diligent platform
- Co-ordinating Board and Committee attendees
- Preparing extracts of minutes and responding to requests for past papers
- Providing administrative support to the Group Subsidiaries Secretariat
- Onboarding new Non-Executive Directors and Wealth Services Secretariat team members
- Paying invoices, processing expenses and reconciling ASIC fee payments and ASIC invoices
- Providing support to the Head of Group Subsidiary Governance and the Head of Westpac Secretariat on administrative and board co-ordination-related matters and other Westpac Group matters, as required.
