In 2022, The Boeing Company reaffirmed its commitment to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) with $8 Million investment through Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), building on the partnership initially launched in 2018. This strategic investment is meant to help the company build the pipeline of technical talent through scholarships, experiential learning opportunities, high-touch collaboration, and career pathway opportunities for students including intern and entry level hiring. These entry-level and associate positions have a start date anytime between January 2025 and September 2025. Responsibilities:

TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR LEVEL 1 ROLES:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR LEVEL 2 ROLES:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR LEVEL 3 ROLES:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years’ related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
