QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in nightlife management or a similar high-energy environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software.

• Overall Operations: Oversee all aspects of Bomba’s operations, including guest experience, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Budgeting: Developing and managing the nightclub’s budget, including expenses for labor, inventory, and marketing.
• Guest Experience: Create and maintain an exceptional guest experience by ensuring top-notch service, ambiance, and entertainment.
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels of all bar products, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Event Coordination: Plan, execute, and evaluate special events and promotions to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor costs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
