The Boeing Company is seeking Quality Multi-Family Managers (first-line manager) to manage a Program Quality Assurance Team responsible for the oversight and compliance to processes through the entire development life cycle at Oklahoma City, Ok.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and first-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
- Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
- Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 8 or more years’ experience in strategies planning, project management or proposal development
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading or managing multi-skill discipline teams
- 8 + years’ experience in a quality job role
- 5+ years’ Experience in gathering data and performing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with new development programs
- Experience with QMS (Quality Management System) and AS9100.
- Experience preparing and presenting to executives
- Experience working in a Defense or Aerospace related program
- Experience with Boeing Problem Solving Methods (BPSM)
- Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA)
- Experience with Data Analytics
