BOND CANCELLATION SECRETARY REQUIRED IN STELLENBOSCH.

A renowned Law Firm is looking for a “Bond Cancellation Secretary” to join their team on a full-time permanent basis for their offices in Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands.
Very good compensation package on offer (subject to qualifications and experience) which consists of an excellent base salary and internal career advancement opportunities.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in the cancellation of bonds
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • At least 2 years of experience in preparing bond cancellation consents and related documentation
  • Experience in the following will be an advantage: GhostConvey; WebConvey; E4; Stordoc

Responsibilities:

  • Must be up to date with bank criteria
  • Admin driven and be a “self-thinker”
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Responsible for capturing, submitting and follow through of all transactions
  • Must be very accurate and speedy when capturing transactions
