30 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Fixed Term - 12 months
Responsible for working alongside a team of Booking Coordinators and assisting in providing a high-quality and efficient service for all Elective patients who require a procedure at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Communicating effectively and sympathetically with patients verbally and in writing using tact, diplomacy and discretion. Communicating with external agencies and Hospitals professionally. To comply with the Trust’s Confidentiality Policy at all times and to comply with the Data Protection Act;
The post holder will also be responsible for the coordination of reports and booking of Inpatient theatre and endoscopy procedures.
Working as part of the Booking & Scheduling Team, the designated person will work in coordination with our booking coordinators ensuring all office practices are maintained.
