Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You are responsible for generating revenue & maximising conversion for all Managed Accounts. Your responsibility is to maintain our clients’ performance while generating revenue for them and HousingAnywhere.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be replying in a timely manner to all inquiries received in the profiles of our MAs.
  • You will be handling all conversations with great attention to detail and you will be providing our potential tenants with guidance.
  • You will always make sure that each client’s document is up to date when it comes to criteria and preferences.
  • You will be assisting our landlords/ clients with any before & after booking requests.
  • You will be providing critical feedback on the product use.
  • You will be assisting with the onboarding of new clients and building a great relationship with them.
  • You will be in contact with all AMs in order for the department to acquire new clients.
  • You will be testing along with the whole team new features on our product and you will be providing feedback.
  • You will be responsible for dividing the workload to the whole team and making sure that all inquiries are handled in time.
  • You will be providing personalised consultation to our clients based on the region they operate in.
