Description:
BOOKING SERVICES & ROSTERING OFFICER
Be a part of upholding MHNSW’s high customer service standards using your expertise background in bookings, ticket sales, and rostering. As our Booking Services & Rostering Officer you will join a customer focused and professional team that services education programs, museum admissions, and public events. As part of this small but vibrant team, the role is critical in securing more than 700 primary and secondary school bookings each year.
WHAT WE DO
MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO WITH US
This role will act as a principal contact for education bookings at the MHNSW sites to ensure bookings and relevant administration are completed professionally and promptly with a focus on quality customer service. The role will also assist the broader team with group bookings and program ticketing where required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
