Bookkeepe/ BAS Agent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated bookkeeper/BAS Agent to join our team on a part-time basis, with High level of Quick books experience A MUST.
Responsibilities:
-Accounts payable/receivable
-BAS Agent/ Preparing the quarterly GST- A must
-Invoicing customers and keeping record
-Bank reconciliation
-Payroll processing
-Banking
-Reporting
-Bookkeeping
-Data entry
-Documentation of files
-Collection of outstanding debts
-Budgeting and Profit and loss reporting
-General administration work
-Able to transfer data from QuickBooks to Xero- A must
The successful candidate must have:
Essential skills:
-Previous experience in accounts role preferred.
-Advanced skills in various accounting software platforms (QUICKBOOKS and XERO A MUST)
-Intermediate Excel and Word skills.
-Multi-tasking skills
-Worked with electrical plans and quotations is preferred.
Desirable skills:
-Team Player.
-Reliable and Punctual
-Fast-paced
-Proactive.
-Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Permanent Casual basis with opportunity to be permenant part-time/or full-time.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
• Xero: 1 year (Preferred)
