JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant to manage the financials of four companies. This is a part-time or contract position, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably handling multiple companies.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong knowledge of tax compliance.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Administrative experience is an asset.
