JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by managing administrative tasks and assisting with financial processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software including Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, account analysis, budgeting, and accounts payable processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage accounts payable and assist with bank reconciliation processes.
