JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our accounting department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of financial tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles and software.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Jonas Construction
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
