Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

University or College graduate who has graduated within the last three (3) years from an accredited
college or university. Preference will be given to candidate with education in related fields of Accounting
or Business Administration. A keen interest in the pursuing further knowledge in the financial or business
field.
The position will be a first full-time employment in the candidate’s field of study.
The intern must also not have previously participated in a NOHFC internship program.
Must be able to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent interpersonal skills and highly developed organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience and ability to use various software such as Excel, Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks
or similar accounting software.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of staff and volunteers.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
Criminal Reference Check including the Vulnerable Sector Check recent within six (6) months is a requirement
