OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial for the financial health of our organization, providing essential support to our financial operations.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation techniques.
  • Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
  • Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES

  • Assist all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed for management review.
  • Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
