OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the overall goals of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial concepts including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance.

QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERIENCE A MUST

  • Experience with financial software systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.

  • Provide leadership and support to administrative staff, fostering a positive team environment.
