Description:
We are offering an opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our team located in MENTOR, Ohio, 44060-1881, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing payroll, and reconciling accounts. This role is crucial for the smooth running of our financial activities and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a direct hire position with standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to get in with an organization with an amazing culture that puts employees first!
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions and records, ensuring all are up-to-date and accurate
- Utilize QuickBooks for the management and processing of financial data
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) duties, ensuring all payments are processed in a timely manner
- Oversee the processing of payroll, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
- Perform month-end close activities, including the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Use your skills in ‘Account Reconciliation’, ‘Bank Reconciliations’, and ‘Bookkeeping’ to improve our financial processes and systems.
