Description:

Successful company in Warminster is seeking an experienced bookkeeper with very strong QuickBooks and Excel skills for a possible temporary to hire opportunity. In this role you will “do the books” for multiple clients. This company is highly regarded with a national presence. It is a friendly and supportive work environment, strong work ethic and a positive attitude are rewarded. This position is on-site, and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, and will start immediately.   • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bookkeeping role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  • Strong knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
