We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and maintain our financial records with precision and integrity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a full range of bookkeeping functions, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing and reconciling invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of paychecks. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential, as the role involves maintaining and updating financial records, generating reports, and performing regular reconciliations. The Bookkeeper will also utilize MS Office 365 to manage financial documentation, prepare spreadsheets, and communicate with vendors and internal teams. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are critical for success in this role. The position requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
