JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles to support our financial operations effectively.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Sage for bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial reporting.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze accounts to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
