Description:

We are seeking a Boomi Developer to join our team in Western Massachusetts. This role is in the education industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Boomi Developer, you will be tasked with API integrations and other responsibilities that require your skills in Database, API Development, and Boomi iPaaS Solutions by Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain API integrations to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Utilize Dell Boomi to design and implement integration processes between applications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing Boomi integrations for optimal performance.
  • Leverage database skills to manage and organize data effectively.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of data during transit between systems.
  • Continually update skills in Boomi iPaaS Solutions to keep up with the latest developments.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss and plan for future integrations.
  • Regularly test and debug the integrations to ensure their efficiency and functionality.
  • Document all the integration processes for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Proficient in Dell Boomi and Boomi iPaaS Solutions
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Database management
  • Expertise in API Development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with diverse groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development in the field of education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
  • Must have an understanding of the education industry and its unique needs and challenges
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
