BORSA ITALIANA - AR/AP ACCOUNTANT INTERNSHIP

Borsa Italiana, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides a job opportunity within the Finance Operations team. (AR or AP Accountant Team)

The candidate will support the AR or AP team in the following activities:

• Keeping track of employees’ expense notes
• Managing the process of POs (Purchase Orders)
• Handling the passive cycle accounting for suppliers and inter companies
• Preparing financial reports
• Checking of monthly closures
• Create in accounting system new customer and product
• Daily update aging and remind expired positions
• Create a billing file
• Create a sales orders
• Check electronics invoicing status
• Manage relationships with external and internal customers

The ideal candidate has:

• Master Degree in Economics, Business or Accounting
• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
• Experience at using different types of tools and software (Microsoft Office)
• Precision, attention to details and teamwork
