Boutique and Gift Shop Sales Advisor

Are you a fashion loving individual with a passion for customer service? Would you love to make someone’s stay at Ragdale even more special? We are looking for a sales advisor for our busy boutique and gift shop.
You will ideally be experienced in retail, but training will be provided for the right candidate. A love of fashion and advising your customers on their purchase is essential.
Our Boutique features prestigious women’s fashion collections, and you will also assist in our Gift Shop, which offers jewellery, homeware, and an array of gifts.
You should be welcoming, friendly, and possess a solid understanding of our products to provide customers with advice that helps achieve sales targets in both shops. Additionally, you will handle payment transactions or charge to accounts while ensuring that the shops remain well-stocked and displays are tidy and visually appealing.
This is a varied role within a great team. Duties will include, but not be limited to, use of EPOS till, advising customers on their purchase, replenishing stock, assisting with merchandising of new ranges, pricing of stock and organising stock rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

We seek a reliable, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual. You should be professional, a team player, and genuinely passionate about delivering the outstanding customer service that Ragdale is renowned for. Ideally, you will have experience in a retail sales role.
This role would be for 28 hours per week.
