Description:
Job Title: Box Office Associate
Location: Chicago, IL
Terms: Part-Time
Requirements: Ability to work standard shifts that fall between 10-4pm Monday-Friday, as well as evening and weekend hours per events scheduled

The Athenaeum was built in 1911 on the St. Alphonsus campus and is home to Chicago’s oldest continuously-operating off-Loop theater. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a theater or entertainment environment, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tessitura software is strongly preferred.
SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency with computer systems, particularly ticketing software and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
