Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support Head Finance and other senior stakeholders by providing well managed and high-quality business analysis, as well as addressing various ad-hoc requests to support business growth.
- Manage the implementation of both local and above-country strategies and projects, ensuring they align with local business needs and local legislation.
- Lead the budgeting, latest outlook and strategic planning processes.
- Drive the monthly closing process with high focus on all P&L lines, Balance sheet and the Net Working Capital elements.
- Ensure business performance is appropriately monitored and measured. Provide analysis of the key variances and their causes compared to various periods and drive early warnings for resource reallocation.
- Lead various cross-departmental initiatives aimed at growing and accelerating business and maximizing value (gross-to-net optimization, gross margin improvements, product profitability, cost management, inventories etc.).
- Continuously improve existing management reports, simplify and challenge current ways of working to meet the changing demands of the pharmaceutical generic industry.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and assist with mitigation activities in case of internal control deficiencies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization to facilitate collaborative advancements.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- University degree.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance (but not limited to). Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to understand the bigger picture.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to clearly explain financial information to a broad range of audiences.
- Proactivity, ability to work independently, passion for commercial business.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power point).
- Fluent in English and German (written & verbal).

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 60.212,80/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
