BPI Engineer

We are looking for a BPI Engineer to join our team in Hungary/Slovakia/Romania or Poland. This role will be responsible for identifying and achieving cost-saving targets, meeting project deadlines, and proactively supporting customer and stakeholder expectations by following the BPI governance process in the Europe region. This role involves hands-on support in all aspects of continuous improvement and delivering results as outlined by the Regional BPI Manager(s).

YOUR KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; master’s preferred.
• MTM, Lean Six Sigma, or other lean certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain applications (WMS, TMS, OMS, SCM).
• Experience with Plant/Site/Business Unit teams.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years in designing, developing, implementing, and executing logistics solutions.
• Experience in a Leadership role
• Successful delivery of cross-functional projects, ideally in logistics/warehousing/manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional and matrix organizations.
• Initiative and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in process improvement, root-cause analysis tools, and automation systems (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English language skills, German language is a big plus
• Willingness to travel in Europe (80%)
