Our Team is growing and we are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Leeds
You’ll be joining a team who genuinely put our people first, and deliver what matters to our customers with, speed, ease and heart, passion for perfect customer service is vital to us, because we expect your last customer of the day to receive exactly the same great experience as your first. You will need to be resilient and have great communications skills as you will be speaking with many different customers who will have a diverse range of needs that we are there to support and help them with.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for customer focused people to support and assist our amazing customers while calling regarding their emergencies. You’ll need to have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be answering calls and providing advice in a range of situations so you’ll need to have wonderful listening skills and be able to adapt to assist and support our customers who will have a wide range of diverse needs and requirements at what can be a very difficult time ensuring we help our customers to resolve their breakdown and motor recovery issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Previous customer service experience is great, but what’s most important is that you have the right attitude, dedication and commitment to great customer service, as well as a calm and reassuring manner and outstanding written and verbal communications skills.

- Can you remain calm and be empathetic when dealing with complex or emotional situations?

Responsibilities:
- You’ll spend your time on the phone being there for our customers providing roadside assistance for breakdowns.
- You could be speaking to a vulnerable driver or a family whose car has broken down in the pouring rain, so you’ll need to step up in their hour of need with compassion, empathy and support.
