Are you passionate about empowering women through perfect-fitting bras? Victoria’s Secret at Chadstone is searching for Bra Specialists to join our team! If you’re ready to make women feel confident, comfortable, and fabulous, this role is perfect for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive bra sales and growth by providing personalized fitting experiences to customers.
• Engage proactively with customers, read their cues, and respond effectively to their needs.
• Share expert-level product and fit knowledge to diagnose fit issues and curate bra wardrobes that enhance the customer’s confidence.
• Take initiative in understanding the bra business and contribute suggestions to drive bra growth in the store.
• Assist in training new sales associates, serving as a supportive partner in their learning journey.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS PERMANENT FULL-TIME, AND THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA.
