Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
  • Billing and invoicing duties.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Codes invoices with applicable General Ledger accounts and job numbers
  • Prepare weekly cheque runs.
  • Maintaining files.
  • Customer service duties
