Description:

Providing front line customer service involving giving efficient and proferssional service is the most important aspect of this role. This is a senior role where at least 5 years’ experience associated to customer service is required.
Whilst some materials handling associated experience for this position would be desirable the more paramount area for this business is your ability to build a raport with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing
  • Training Records
  • Assisting with health and safety
  • Weekly time sheets
  • Purchase orders and suplier invoices for completed work
  • Daily review of Work in Progress
  • Hire procedures
  • Maintaining upkeep of reception, kitcen and office areas
  • Ordering stationery
  • Staff uniform
    Personal attributes required are a high level of organisational and planning skills and being accurate with all tasks, as well as having the ability to take pride and ownership in regard to all assisgned tasks.
