Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide a friendly, courteous, welcoming and helpful reception service to anyone who comes to the office.
  • Provide information, advice and/or complete Total Mobility Assessments/Mobility Parking Permits Applications in a courteous manner.
  • Input data, maintain and produce information as required from our databases.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Service Manager and Service Co-ordinators at a consistent high level that maintains the smooth running of the office.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional and organisational behaviour and practice.
  • Attend, participate in and seek training/professional development opportunities (including internal and external supervision).
  • Support and maintain effective teamwork.
  • Work in ways which are consistent with Treaty of Waitangi.
  • Undertake other such duties /tasks as allocated by the Service Manager.
