Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update SharePoint, Open Text and various other content management platform/publish platforms
- Be responsible for reviewing and publishing branch procedure content to meet brand and tone standards
- Publish procedures in our content management system while tracking progress
- Be responsible for drafting or editing procedures and defining and supporting an intake process
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for procedure improvement by ensuring content is concise and absent redundancy
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes and implement change
- Exercise independent judgment and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical
