Responsibilities:
As Concierge for the Broadmeadows Branch of CommBank, you’ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you’ll:
- Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
- Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
- Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experienc
